The Lawyers2lawyers™ can be installed via App stores and accessed through the Website. A qualified lawyer can either chose to become a free Registered member.
The authenticity of the members as lawyers will be verified by the Administration Team. The members shall upload their advocate's ID or Enrolment Certificate and give declaration of not having any criminal records and after filling up all the requisite information, the Profile will be displayed on the website and the App that would describe the identity of the registered member with photograph, year of experience, specialization, location and requisition etc.
The registered members will have access to the huge data base to avail the facility of accepting the offered work and/or sending proposed work to the other interested registered members
Once verified the genuineness of the information uploaded on the profile, the registered member shall begin to send the 'PROPOSED WORK" and/or search for "WORKS OFFERED". Once the contract is concluded, there will be ALERT to others of the same, that will help others to know that the said work is not available any more. The amount of the assured fees will be deposited in the Wallet as a security for the work done. Once the work is complete, the member sends "WORK DONE" Report to the Administration Team and grants permission to 'RELEASE THE FEES", only thereafter, payment shall be released from the App account/Wallet after deducting the nominal services charges, bank charges inclusive of all taxes.
On satisfactory completion of the transactions and work , the RATINGS will be displayed on the profiles of both the members i.e. the sender of the proposed work and the member who completed the job. This Platform also enables the registered Premium members to negotiate, extend the deadline, deposit assured fees in wallet as a security, release of part-payment and further discussion on the work.
Rating feature is given to ensure, authenticity, payment, honesty, integrity, reliability and prompt execution of work by the registered members of Lawyers2Lawyers™.
